Portal
The portal allows you to set up the e-CMR handling process.
You easily register users, put together desired e-signing processes and invite supply chain parties.
The e-CMR page provides insight into all current and completed assignments.
In the dashboard you can immediately see where adjustments are needed in the handling.
Signatures
Legislation and regulations impose increasingly higher requirements on the transfer of goods. For example, it is important to be able to apply a secure signature that can be used to trace back who signed for transfer on behalf of the sending and receiving organisations.
When you work with Collect + Go, you have the following options for e-signing:
1) PIN code
2) QR code
3) ender / recipient not present
4) Sign on glass
Applying a secure signature (options 1 and 2) is easier than you think. An additional advantage is that this way of signing is Covid Proof.
The signing processes can be activated in the warehouse within half an hour.

Separate ADR section in the bill of lading
The Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management and the ILT implementing organization have confirmed that electronic documents may replace paper documents when transporting ADR goods. The e-CMR may be used for this as a form-free e-document.
