The Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management (I&W) and the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT) have confirmed that electronic documents may replace traditional paper versions when transporting ADR goods. The e-CMR can serve as a form-free e-document, which significantly reduces the administrative burden.
