On March 4, the Italian Parliament ratified the e-CMR protocol. This means that e-CMR can now also be applied in Italy. Since Italy is the fourth largest economy in the EU and is responsible for many cross-border transports within the EU, this further accelerates the adoption and application of e-CMR.
