e-CMR in retail
For several years now, we have been working on the application of e-CMR in store distribution and inbound deliveries to distribution centers. Plus Retail, for example, applies e-CMR for some time now in deliveries to stores. This digital transformation was part of the commissioning of the new high-tech distribution center (DC) in Oss. From this location, a large portion of the stores are supplied by transporters such as Simon Loos and Van Straalen de Vries. In an environment with advanced mechanization, working with paper packing slips and consignment notes is simply no longer desirable. The digital consignment note integrates seamlessly with the loading and unloading processes at the DC, for transporters, and in stores. This saves time in loading, unloading, archiving, and retrieving deliveries—built on a robust legal foundation.
We are also working on improving processes for inbound deliveries to retailers. By collaborating with GS1 on the standardization of e-CMR, we demonstrate that digitizing transport documents is entirely feasible without disrupting daily operations. By smartly aligning with existing standards such as DESADV and RECADV, a scalable and generic e-CMR approach is created that works for suppliers, carriers, and retailers alike.
Within the GS1 working group on digital freight interoperability, we continue building on collaborations with our customers. The focus is now on the next step: scaling up and further standardization to enable true interoperability across the logistics chain.

One process for e-CMR and waste consignment notes
Our platform now also supports the digital process for consignment notes and commercial documents. No more separate steps, just one streamlined flow.
Customers such as Roba Metals and Baks Logistiek are currently implementing our new signing processes. This enables them to sign multiple documents in one go for all parties in the supply chain.
The result:
- Less manual work
- Faster turnaround time
- And above all: less hassle for drivers on the road
This way, we help ensure they can simply do their job. Do you work with these documents every day? We’d love to hear how you handle this today—schedule a meeting with us!

Implementation & go live
Three new customers have started their e-CMR implementation. With these implementations, we strengthen our network in retail and international distribution. Take a look at our website for an overview of customers we serve.
Optimodal, Gerritsen Transport and Haeger & Schmidt are now applying e-CMR in their daily operations.

ISO27001 – Jaarlijkse audit
We successfully completed our annual ISO 27001 audit for the 5th time! Over the past year, we’ve placed strong focus on evolving regulations such as NIS2, Spain’s DCA, and eFTI. These developments come with significant technical implications and staying ahead is key. Proud to have this in the capable hands of Hylke Aghina and our fantastic tech team, ensuring we remain secure, compliant, and future-ready.
