Ready for new legislation
With NIS2, eFTI, and additional national legislation, requirements for digital security, data management, and traceability are becoming increasingly stringent. In Spain, digital inspection documentation will become mandatory under the Sustainable Mobility Law. Starting in October 2026, carriers must be able to digitally demonstrate what they are transporting during inspections. The e-CMR supports compliance with this obligation.
Kick-off at Fransen Gerrits!
This week, we officially kicked off the e-cmr project with our new customer Fransen Gerrits!
Fransen Gerrits is a family-owned company with a long history, committed to supporting the Dutch and Belgian livestock farming sector since 1897. They develop high-quality feed for pigs, cattle, and goats, with production across multiple specialized locations and a strong focus on quality, innovation, and personal service for their customers.
During the kick-off, we reviewed the current processes together and explored how our eCMR solution can contribute to:
